We aim to ship your order within 5 working days from our Gold Coast office - except where an ordered item is out of stock your order may be delayed for several days until we have all your items to send at once (but we will always advise you of any delay).
Should you require urgent delivery for a certain date, or have special delivery requirements, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can avoid any disappointment. While we can not guarantee delivery by a certain date, we will do our best to assist you.

For metropolitan Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide and Canberra, you should receive your goods in 8 working days.
For all of WA, Tasmania and regional areas of all other States, your order may take up to 12 - 17 working days to arrive.

- Most orders are sent by Registered Australia Post e-parcel service, ensuring that your order can be traced. Occasionally we also use selected couriers.
- Shipping cost are calculated at a live rate. Please not you will be given the options to choose the shipping priority time along with the options of Couriers; FedEx, UPS and Australia Post.
- Based on courier company chosen there shipping policies will apply.
- To make sure your order safely reaches you, a signature is required upon delivery.
- If no-one is at home when Australia Post or the courier delivers, you should receive a 'calling card' explaining where to collect the parcel from the Post Office (or for couriers, how to arrange redelivery).
- If there will be no-one at home during the day, perhaps consider having the order shipped to a work address.
- Instructions to leave - you can also leave special instructions (in the Comments Box in the Checkout) for the order to be left without a signature in a safe location (e.g. on your front porch) if you will not be at home. Please note, however, that by doing so you take responsibility should the order go missing after it is delivered.
- It is your responsibility to advise us if an order delivery is late, incorrect or damaged. Please contact us immediately on email@example.com. If your order is lost in transit, damaged or incorrect, we will investigate and advise how a replacement may be forwarded if required.
- We do not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.
- We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.
Our returns policy has 3 simple rules, item(s) must be returned;
within 30 days of purchase
unworn and unused with the original tags still attached; and
In the original packaging which must also be in original condition

Please allow 14 days for us to process your return. Postage and handling of products is not refundable and an additional delivery fee will be applied for all exchanged items.
